ROBERT'S FINAL CROSSING

.  Robert noticed a pretty girl in the lobby of the Smith Reynolds Airport in Winston-Salem, N C Airport while waiting for his flight to Atlanta.
.  He was a young man fresh out of college, in his first job, and was eager  to impress his boss by the quality of his work. He boarded  his  flight  and found he was seated next to  the  pretty girl. Robert was a very shy lad and  was  surprised  to find that he had conversed with this pretty girl all the way to Atlanta. You need to read the story of how this chance meeting became the love of his life. How they faced obstacle after obstacle in their quest for a life  together and how they manage a courtship with all the miles in between  them, she in Texas, he in North Carolina.
.  Follow Robert and Peggy as  they  find  the  path to true love is never smooth, mostly bumpy, and does not conform to their plans.
Open this book of FICTION only when you have idle time as you will not want to put it down.
.  This story is  new  look at a time of  strife in  the  1960s, and how the young people managed to  cope  during  these  difficult times. Share with them as happiness brings them joy and misfortune rocks their world.

WILL'S FABULOUS FORTUNES

.  Will  was  born  too  late  for the Big War, so when Korean War came along in 1950, he decided that this would be his chance for a big adventure.
.  Will was not  the  type to go on big adventures, he had just  finished high school and had decided not to go to college, but a buddy talked him into joining the Air  Force.  Will  really  didn't  want  to  join  for  four years,  but  the  recruiter  made it sound so good, he signed the papers.
.  The Air Force sent him  to the Airplane  and Engine Mechanics school for six months. Then they sent him to the  Military  Air  Transport  Service in the state of Massachusetts. He was later sent to more training to become  a  Flight  Engineer  on  the  big  four engine planes. MATS later opened a base in New Hampshire and  Will  and a host  of  his  fellow  Engineers  were transferred  and  became  what was known as Flight Mechanics. To see what this  meant  to  Will, click on the SNEAK PEEK title at the top of this page.

.   WARNING        Beware, as the story line will make you continue to read this book as you will develop a need to know 'what happens next.'
